Centrifuge Blocks ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our mobile application.

1. Information Collection & Storage

We prioritize minimal data collection. Here is how we handle data:

• Local Game Data: Game progress, high scores, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not transfer this data to our servers.
• Advertising Data: We use third-party services that may collect device information, coarse location, and usage data to serve relevant ads.
• Data Deletion: Since we do not create user accounts or store personal data on external servers, you can delete all locally stored game data simply by uninstalling the application or clearing the app data in your device settings.

2. Advertising & Third Parties

Our app is supported by advertisements. We currently use Huawei Ads (Petal Ads) to provide this service.

The Huawei Ads SDK may collect and process data (such as OAID or approximate location) in accordance with its own privacy policy. We may also integrate other advertising networks in the future.

3. Your Rights & Choices (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have specific rights:

• Legal Basis: We process data for advertising based on your Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Essential app functions are provided based on our Legitimate Interest.
• Consent Choice: When you first launch the app, we ask for your consent to show personalized ads. You can manage this choice in the app settings.
• Access and Deletion: Requests for access or deletion of ad-related data should be directed to the third-party ad provider (Huawei), as we do not control this data.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect the integrity and security of the application. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
